Cabin is cleanA large tarp appears to be in very good condition. Cabin is clean, but needs TLC for drooping carpeting and small area of water stains. Possible minor leakage in a couple of places. But we are not aware of any rot. You can check closer with an onsite inspection.

V4 115 HP 1978Engine has not been started in several years but as photos show it appears to be in good shape with low hours and has not been sitting in water for long periods of time. Retired mechanics say this is a very good model of engine.
